My usual day

Got up at 4:30 a.m.

Went to church for 5:00 service.

The service usually lasts for 30 minutes.

I prayed for about 1 hour.

I usually pray in tongues.

Came back home and slept for about 1 hour.

While sleeping, I listened to ABC (=Australian Broadcasting Corporation).

The Australian accent is more like American than British.

Had breatfast with wife and daughter.

I usually eat a big breakfast.

Got to work around 9:20 a.m.

I usually work out three or four times at work, for about 10~15 minutes each time.

(11:00 am, lunch break, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm)

I usually go home around 9:00 pm.

Back home I usually ride the exercise bike in the living room for about 40~60 minutes.

I go to bed around 11:30 pm.

I am happiest at bed time.

I feel so comfortable and relaxed.

I always have a great and sound sleep.

Today was my brother's court day.

I didn't go down to Daegu for the trial.

Yesterday my eldest brother in Hayang called.

Today Gwon-woo, one of closest and oldest friend, called.

He said he will visit Washington and LA soon.

Near the city lives my brother-in-law and friend Yoon-hee.
Gwon-woo is planning to visit Yoon-hee while he's in the States.

Yoon-hee has lived there for more than 25 years.
